    Jill recommended Habit Guide and I can’t agree more that it’s a must read for anyone. It hits on every aspect of life and how you can optimize each for great all around health. Diet, exercise, and sleep are major factors, but they even hit on one of my favorite subjects without naming it, Getting Things Done (aka: GTD).
