Meal Plan Ideas

I always have protein at all three meals…  I also eat organic foods as much as possible.  I only drink when I am thirsty, and it is usually milk/chocolate raw milk, a fruit smoothie with raw milk, or orange juice, and occasionally water or lemonade.

I like to make homemade muffins or pancakes for breakfast  alongside my eggs or sausage.

Lunch is usually olive oil potato chips with yogurt and some type of protein.

Dinner is potato or rice, protein, salad and smoothie most days.

* Finally, make sure to vary your foods so you don’t get bored!  Listen to your body and eat what you feel like eating each and every day!
